Sunshine Coast Open Data WordPress

Customer: Sunshine Coast Council

Summary: Integration of Sunshine Coast open data for businesses running WordPress sites.

Horsham Safe City

Horsham City Council appointed our team to design and build a CCTV camera network monitoring key locations in the Horsham CBD. Sicoor designed a wireless connectivity solution using the Cambium Networks PMP450 system and the PTP250 as a
backhaul. The system connects 16 Axis high definition cameras to a Genetec VMS located in the Horsham Police Station.

Year of Completion: 2013

Benefits: High quality and low cost network to interconnect the cameras video feeds to a centralised VMS.

Icehouse

Wi-Fi network throughout the premises. It supports dual band 802.11 N wireless. It connects staff, coaches and customers to the internal networks and the internet.

Benefits: High speed reliable connectivity to Wi-Fi users.

Groset

High capacity wireless inter-site connectivity between three sites in Melbourne and Thornbury. The main site is the Rialto building with another site in Docklands. The network uses class licensed links in the 5.8 Ghz band.

Voyager

High capacity wireless inter-site connectivity between eight sites in Melbourne. Voyager’s head office in Carlton is the main site, from there it connects into two major repeater sites in Carlton and the City. All other seven sites in Footscray, Sunshine, Heatherton, ST Kilda, Abbotsford and Brunswick connect to the repeater sites. The network uses Cambium Networks class licensed links in the 5.8 Ghz band and licensed links in the 15, 18 and 38 Ghz bands.

Inner South Community Health Service

High capacity wireless inter-site connectivity between five sites in ST Kilda, South Melbourne and Prahran. Two repeaters are used to obtain line of sight to all the sites. The network uses class licensed links in the 5.8 Ghz and 80 Ghz bands. There is also a Wi-Fi dual band 802.11 N wireless throughout the premises for internal network connectivity.

Year of Completion: Ongoing

Benefits: Low cost, high capacity and reliable communications between sites.

South West Alliance of Rural Health

Design, supply and implementation of high capacity broadband radio links to 41 network locations in South West Victoria including Portland, Warrnambool, Geelong, Winchelsea, Terang, Colac, Camperdown, Koroit, Port Fairy, Mortlake, Hamilton and Dartmoor.

Customer: South West Alliance of Rural Health

Year of Completion: Ongoing from 2010

Benefits: Links replace slower terrestrial wired services from telecommunications providers. Typical payback is 18 months for much higher speeds.

Northern Health

Upgrade to key inter-hospital communications links using Aviat Eclipse technology. Hospitals upgraded included Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Bundoora and Epping.

Benefits: Up to date spectrally efficient technology delivering up to 4 times speed increase for inter-hospital communications links.

Wannon Water

Description: Design, supply and implementation of high capacity broadband radio links to key sites in Warrnambool, Camperdown, Koroit, Port Fairy, Mortlake, Portland and Dartmoor.

Sunbury Safe City

Sicoor designed a wireless connectivity solution using the Ruckus 773 1 systems. The system connects 20 Axis high definition cameras to a Genetec VMS located in the Sunbury Police Station.
