Wireless Systems Design

Wireless Systems Design

Wireless Systems Design are a key part of our service offer.

The services includes areas such as feasibility studies, site audits, line of sight surveys, radio network design, frequency assignment, civil and structural works design, power systems (including solar) design, integration with other customer’s networks and other project-dependent functions.

Wireless Network Construction

Network Construction Services start after the customer has given the go ahead and a contract is in place.

Depending on the project scope these services include: ACMA licensing, copper and fibre optic cabling, power systems, civil works, poles and towers installations, wireless system installation, system configuration, commission and finally system documentation. Our experienced project managers take responsibility to co-ordinate all the activities and ensure that stakeholders are kept up to date.

Wireless Operations Support

Wireless Operations Support Services are provided as part of our services continuum.

They start after the system has been commissioned. They are performed using technical resources from our technology partners, our regional support partners and Sicoor Group engineers.

The Sicoor Group Help Desk is the first point of cont. act for a customer, logging the incident specific details and allocating the job to a support engineer.

Our Remote Monitoring Service works on a 24/7 basis checking systems operation and automatically reporting on faults to our Help Desk board. On-site and Remote Support services assist customers in case of failures and aim to restore communication services as soon as possible.

On-going Maintenance Services provide a proactive management of potential system issues by regularly attending site and checking the equipment. System Assurance Services address the more strategic issues of business asset management, planning and reporting.

Wireless end of life Services

At the end of the customer’s wireless solution lifecycle, our Wireless End of Life Services begin.

From the decommissioning of the wireless equipment and continue to find the most environmental friendly options such as: extending the equipment useful life by reusing it for other customer applications or refurbishing it for other customers or safely disposing with an accredited e-Waste services provider.

Network Construction Partners

We have developed long standing relationships with a selected group of contractors that deliver the construction aspects of the project.

We work with them because they are experts in their fields and have demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service, safe work practices and excellent quality.

Our Network Construction Partners provide a range of services including: structural design; copper, fibre optic, copper and power cabling, mast, tower and poles construction and installation. During the implementation phase Sicoor fully manages the contributions and timelines of all partners to ensure that the project is delivered on time and budget.
